Wargamer's Newsletter # 74 May 1968

The first announcement I have found so far of the S Range is this advertisement (accompanied by the review from the same issue) in Wargamer's Newsletter from May 1968. The top two il;lustrations are of 54mm figures. The reference to "Harold willing" is to the then Prime Minister, Harold Wilson. These figures appeared in the year following devaluation in 1967 and the famous "pound in your pocket" (which people forget was followed by the statement that prices would rise).
