Updates and thanks

A number of the French Revolution and Egyptian Campaign posts have been amended with new photographs, thanks to Trevor and to Uwe.

Thanks to Alan, I have received scans of two S Range catalogues, one with a colour cover, the other a black and white one. I intend to use the lists from the colour catalogue in the introductory post for each range, and to harvest photographs from these catalogues where I do not currently have them. The black and white catalogue is typescript but the photographs it contains are referenced with code numbers, while the text of the colour catalogue is smarter, but the photographs which illustrate it are not coded.
